Our team is seeking a skilled Prototyping Specialist to lead the innovation in augmented and virtual reality projects. This role is pivotal in researching, designing, and developing prototypes across various domains, emphasizing AR and VR technologies. The ideal candidate will work alongside a dedicated team of prototypers and technical experts to advance our prototyping capabilities and contribute significantly to our project's success.
Requirements
emonstrate a high level of technical expertise, coupled with strong communication skills, to foster effective collaboration with key stakeholders
Quickly identify and troubleshoot technical problems related to prototypes and their underlying infrastructure
Deliver onsite and remote support, crafting compelling demo experiences for a diverse audience, including executive leadership
Efficiently resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal impact on project continuity
Enhance and sustain prototyping frameworks to scale up efforts, including developing demos that highlight comprehensive end-to-end experiences
Lead the resolution process for complex issues, collaborating with support leads, operational teams, engineering personnel, and domain experts
Conduct feedback collection, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for technological products and innovations
Efficiently manage time to complete tasks effectively, aligning with project priorities and quality standards
Facilitate the flow of feedback from demo sessions back to product and design teams, influencing future development
Engage with technical teams to improve prototyping platforms and tools
Set up, maintain, and present prototypes to varied audiences, championing product design and innovation
Be prepared for immediate travel as required by project demands
Navigate high-pressure situations with ease, adapting swiftly to project scope changes
Utilize technical skills for troubleshooting, including familiarity with terminal commands and adb
Proactively address technical issues in real-time, ensuring smooth operation of prototypes
Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service orientation and analytical problem-solving skills
Proficient in verbal and written communication, able to relay complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong project and time management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
Resilient under pressure, with a proven ability to maintain composure and clarity in high-stress environments
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a history of forming and maintaining positive relationships
Persistent attention to detail and a robust follow-through on commitments
Team player with a track record of transparent communication with superiors and colleagues
Hands-on experience with real-time 3D development and programming in languages such as C#, C/C++, Python, and Java
Background in AR/VR and game development, with a keen sense for 3D visualization and design aesthetics
Demonstrated ability to navigate and overcome challenges through innovative problem-solving
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required
