CLOSURE AND SERVICE SUSPENSION - Crookes Lane, Kewstoke - (1)
Crookes Lane in Kewstoke will be closed to service 1 between 09:00 and 15:00 on Tuesday 13th August to facilitate carriageway works.
Due to the location of this closure and with no suitable diversion available it is with regret that we will have to suspend the service 1 between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00.
The only bus that will go to Sandy Bay in the morning will be the 07:30 from Weston with the only bus in the morning going from Sand Bay to Weston will be th 08:05.
Between these times the service 1 will be suspended and the first bus after the closure to Sand Bay from Weston will be the 15:00 and the first bus from Sand Bay to Weston will be the 15:35. After that services will run as normal.

Silver Street, Nailsea - CLOSURE - (X7)
Silver Street in Nailsea will be closed to service X7 between 08:00 and 17:00 from Monday 5th through to Friday 23rd August (excluding weekends) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service X7 heading towards Clevedon will operate normal rout to the junction of Stock Way North and Clevedon Road, then turn right into Clevedon Road to resume normal route at the junction of Pound Lane.
Service X7 heading towards Bristol will operate the reverse of the above.
Regretfully the bus stops between and including Christ Church on Silver Street and Ravenswood School on Pound Lane will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the Southfield Road bus stops on Clevedon Road (diversion route) or the Stock Way North bus stop heading towards Clevedon or the Link Road bus stop heading towards Bristol.

The full length of Station Road in New Cheltenham will be closed overnight to service 7 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Tuesday 6th through to Wednesday 21st August (excluding weekends) to facilitate resurfacing works.
Service 7 heading towards Staple HIll after serving the Siston Common Roundabout bus stop on Anchor Road will be diverted via Pound Road and Pool Road to resume normal route at Morley Road,
Service 7 heading towards Broad Quay will operate the reverse of the above.
Regretfully all bus stops between and including Chiphouse Road on Station Road and Gloucester Road bus stops on Stanley Park Road will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Siston Common Roundabout bus stops on Anchor Road or the Morley Road bus stops for either directions. additionally all the bus stops on Pound Road and Pool Road will also be observed.

Brooks Road in Street between Stonehill and Ringolds Way will be closed to services 77, 77a and 376 from 07:00 on Wednesday 7th and will remain fully closed until 19:00 on Friday 9th August to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 77 and 77a will be diverted via Ivythorn Road in both directions and regretfully the bus stops on Brooks Road and Middle Leigh will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the Hill House bus stop on Slugg Hill or The Tanyard on Leigh Road.
Service 376 will be diverted via Ivythorn Lane and Brooks Road (part unaffected) to terminus in both directions and bus stops on Brooks Road and Middle Leigh will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at the terminus or The Tanyard on Leigh Road.

Service changes in the West of England from 1 September 2024
The below changes, which will see improvements to the overall bus network in the West of England, are part of a bi-annual review of routes, and will come into effect from Sunday 1 September.
For a number of services, the timetable & route will not change - please refer to the unaffected routes drop-down list in each area for these services.
The new timetables are available to view on our Forthcoming Timetables page. New print at home route maps & timetables will be added under each service over the coming weeks.

Windmill Hill, Glastonbury - 374, 375
Due to overhanging low trees, services 374 and 375 are unable to serve Windmill Hill in Glastonbury until further notice.
Buses will stay on the Wells Road the same as the 376 instead.

South Road in Weston-super-Mare is currently closed to service 5 and will remain fully closed until 17:00 Wednesday 16th October to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 5 will be diverted from the end of St Josephs Road via Upper Church Road, Lower Church Road, Knightstone Road and Highbury Road to resume normal route at Atlantic Road.
Regretfully the bus stops between and including Upper Church Road and Court Apartments on South Road will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the All Saints Church bus stop on St Josephs Road or the Highbury Road bus stop on Atlantic Road.

Regretfully all bus stops between the The Acorns and Memorial Theatre Complex will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the Westover bus stop on Critchell Road or the Market Place bus stop.

** UPDATED ** - Hutton Village - EMERGENCY CLOSURE - (126)
Hutton Hill in the village of Hutton is currently closed to service 126 until further notice due to a landslide. The closure is for unknown duration and when details of re-opening have been confirmed the web page will be updated.
Service 126 heading towards Wells will divert via Moor Lane, Moor Croft Road and Vereland Road, resuming normal route at Hutton Hill (Part unaffected). The only bus stop missed out fully will be the Primary School stop, however for customers travelling towards Wells, at the bus stops along the diversion routeyou will need to wait for the bus on the opposite side of the road to normal.
Service 126 heading towards Weston is unaffected and will follow normal route.

Long Mead between Wallshut Wood and the UWE in Stoke Gifford will be closed to service 70 and 72 between 07:00 on Monday 24th June and will remain fully closed until 17:00 on Friday 30th August to facilitate carriageway works.
Services 70, 72 & 74 will divert via Long Down Avenue in both directions.
Regretfully the service 70 & 74 will be unable to serve the Platts Wood bus stop and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the Wallshut Wood bus stop on Long Mead or the UWE.
Service 72 will be unable to serve The Square or Platts Wood bus stops and passengers are advised to board or alight at Hogarth Walk bus stop in Romney Avenue or the UWE.
