Morgan Wallen is gearing up for a blockbuster double-header of shows in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the ‘Last Night’ chart-topper headlining the Allegiant Stadium across August 8 and 9.
Morgan Wallen heads to Sin City with plenty of momentum, following a couple of high-profile tour-stops at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium. , before Morgan was joined on the second night by Chiefs’ stars Travis Kelce, Patrick Mahomes and Chris Jones for his now-iconic pre-show walk-out.
Coming off the back of such a momentous couple of shows in Kansas City, ticket-holders for the ‘Thought You Should Know’ hitmaker's forthcoming Vegas dates are rubbing their hands with glee at the prospect of another series of electric concerts.
Given how Las Vegas remains a hot-spot for A-list names and celebrities, we'd be surprised if Morgan Wallen doesn't recruit another impressive entourage of famous faces to accompany him for his signature walk-out. Morgan loves his sports, so some are speculating that he might bring out a few members of the Las Vegas Raiders.
In terms of who fans can expect to perform with Morgan Wallen during the show, with Bailey Zimmerman on the bill for his Friday night set, he'll likely emerge for a duet of ‘Cowgirls’. Whenever Bailey is touring with Morgan, they tend to perform the track, which was recorded with ERNEST and recently hit No. 1 at Country Radio.
When Jelly Roll supported Morgan Wallen earlier in the year, some were disappointed the two didn't link up, with Jelly and Morgan being close friends. We reckon they may have a duet lined up for the opening Las Vegas show, with Jelly perhaps coming out for Morgan's new single, ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’, as Lainey did in Kansas City.
There was a considerable delay to Morgan Wallen's second Kansas City show, due to a ‘terroristic threat’ which led to a man's arrest. This meant Morgan didn't hit the stage until around 9:40pm, compared to 9:05pm the previous evening.
Usually, the Sneedville megastar tends to kick off his performance at roughly 9pm, but sometimes closer to 9:15pm or 9:30pm. Morgan's sets generally conclude at 11pm, following his fiery encore of ‘Thinkin’ Bout Me’, ‘Last Night’ and ’The Way I Talk’.
Parking lots are accessible from 3:30pm while doors open an hour later at 4:30pm - but if you're in the pit and you want want a good spot near the front, you're probably best getting there a few hours before this. Die-hard fans sometimes queue from as early as 5am to get right to the front, with those getting there for around 8am tending to be around 20th in line. If you manage to get a place close to the stage, make sure to bring something to sign, as Morgan often takes time at the end of the show to autograph items from the front few rows.
Both Morgan Wallen's Vegas dates are sold out, but some tickets remain across resale sites. Bear in mind, though, that Morgan's 2024 One Night at a Time run is one of the most popular tours in the US, so demand is high and resale prices will be hefty.
Regardless of whether you're deep in the mosh pit and fighting the urge to nip to the restroom, or sat comfortably with a beer in the nosebleeds, one thing's for sure - Morgan Wallen puts on one heck of a show. Attendees at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium can look forward to spectacular histrionics, fun, light-up wristbands and a sprawling, hit-filled set when Morgan brings his rowdy country sound to Nevada.
